I haven’t forgotten about you!  Over the weekend I attended a business conference.  It was a great learning experience and an opportunity for networking.  The room was filled with other Note investors that have had years of experience.  I am still digesting everything that was covered.  BUT today I have a great deal that we are working on so I would like to share that with you.

Here is a current deal that we are in the process of purchasing.  We are very excited to buy this because Palm Coast is a great town in between Daytona Beach and Jacksonville.  We got the appraisal back and the value was more than the sales price of $70k.  Also the borrowers put $14k as a down payment.  They also have a credit score of over 750.  We will be very happy to add this loan to our portfolio.

We did start this process 2 weeks ago.  We just got the title report back on friday and so far it is CLEAN.  We will be able to close this deal in the next 2 weeks.
